In 2014 Lucy Louise Derickson began her work with the non profit organization Ethical Metalsmiths (EM), creating the EM Student Committee and the So Fresh + So Clean Student Exhibition. In 2017 Lucy joined the EM Board of Directors and became the Chair of the Education Committee. Lucy and is now the EM Education Director.
